  1. if -3m = 0, then the whole thing is 0
    so
    if m = 0, the whole thing is 0

    if (2m-5) is 0, the whole thing is 0
    so
    if m = 5/2, the whole thing is 0

    so
    the solutions are m = 0 and m = 5/2
