You don't post an actual speed (typo?). so
suppose you have
80 km/h
= (80/60) km/min
= (4/3) km/min

3. Reiny... I know this question. It is in an ALEKS question. ALEKS is an educational website in which you do math and solve problems. This question showed up for me too! He copied and pasted the question. In ALEKS, you CANNOT copy paste numbers. So when he did that, the numbers did not show up.
