The easiest way of approaching this problem, in my opinion, is to change all of the fractions to decimals.

Your first problem (98/983 of 1/2%) in decimal form is 0.09969 x 0.005. Using my handy calculator, the answer is 0.0004984.

To find the common denominator for the given fractions, we need to first convert the fractions with a denominator of 1/2% to a decimal.

1/2% is equal to 1/200, or 0.005 in decimal form.

So, we have:
98/983 * 0.005
187/983 * 0.005
39/983 * 0.005
155/983 * 0.005
34/983 * 0.005
64/983 * 0.005
25/983 * 0.005
65/983 * 0.005

Now, we can multiply each numerator by 0.005 to get the decimal equivalent for each fraction.

For example, for the first fraction, 98/983 * 0.005 = 0.0004984.

Repeating this process for each fraction will give you the respective decimal values.
