Use Newton’s first law of motion to explain how wearing a seat belt in a moving car could help prevent injury.

Newton's first law of motion states that an object in motion tends to stay in motion unless an opposing force stops it.

since you are in motion while riding your car,  If you suddenly run into some kind of obstruction, your body will continue to move in the direction it was going.  Seat belts are very important because they're there to stop you. Not wearing seat belts would probably cause injury or death because, you could go right through your front window unless you have them worn.

A body in motion stays in motion. Seat belts prevent the body from moving after a crash or other stopping of the car.

Seat belts are basically like life supports inside a car.

When the driver steps on the break too hard, the force of the car pulling you with it is greater than you sitting inside it. The seat belt prevents you from from getting fully tacked by the force of the car, it holds you back like when someone stops you from walking by grabbing my the shoulder or arm.

Okay, part 2 of what I said.

Seat belts basically life supports inside a car.

Okay that's way better.

There should not be rude comments on this page.

In Newton's First Law of Motion, it states, and object in motion wants to stay in motion and an object at rest wants to stay at rest. So if you were not wearing your seat-belt, you are most likely to go through the windshield during a crash or if you must slam the brakes. Also, if your not wearing your seat-belts during a crash, the airbags will cause severe injuries. They come out at 400 mph which could likely kill you. So be safe and wear a seat-belt.
