The Incorporation Doctrine is used to protect the freedoms of the citizens, this won't change if you were born in a different state. These privileges include health care, education, and more. One example of this is the right to have a lawyer in any court case., even if you are guilty. (Keep in mind that this lawyer is not the best, but for people who don't have the money it can be better than nothing. So if you do have the funds and want to win the court case hire a lawyer that has good reviews instead.)
