WHY DOES YOUR CHEST BEGIN TO BURN IF YOU HOLD YOUR BREATH TO LONG?

  1. This is because the body organgs need O2 for respiration (aerobic - respiration ) . If O2 is not provided then annarobic respiration occurs which leads to formation of "ETOHONAL".
    Which leads to burning of chest.
