Look for a pattern. Have a rectangle with number 10, 16 and 23 in the corners.the circle in side with 9, 12 and 24. Place the numbers from 8 to 26 either inside or outside the circle according to the pattern shown. Please help!!!

I am just guessing because I can not see your picture

8 with 9 in the circle
11 between circle and 10 corner
13,14,15 between circle and 16 corner
17,18,19,20,21,22 between 16 corner and 23 corner

Thanks for your help. But I do not see any relate between numbers. Draw a rectangle : 10 on bottom left then 16 on top left, 23 on other top corner. Draw a circle inside rectangle . Inside the circle: 9 on left, 12 on top, and 24 on right side.

Help.

To find the pattern and determine where to place the numbers from 8 to 26, let's analyze the given numbers:

In the rectangle, the numbers in the corners are 10, 16, and 23, and in the circle, the numbers are 9, 12, and 24.

Let's examine the differences between these numbers to see if any patterns emerge:

- The difference between 10 and 16 is 6.
- The difference between 16 and 23 is 7.
- The difference between 10 and 23 is 13.

- The difference between 9 and 12 is 3.
- The difference between 12 and 24 is 12.
- The difference between 9 and 24 is 15.

Looking at these differences, we can observe that they are not consistent within each set (rectangle and circle). However, let's try to find a pattern by considering the differences between numbers in the same positions across the rectangle and circle.

- The difference between 10 and 9 is 1.
- The difference between 16 and 12 is 4.
- The difference between 23 and 24 is -1.

Considering these differences between the corresponding numbers, we can derive a pattern that for each position:

- The first difference is +1.
- The second difference is +4.
- The third difference is -1.

Now, let's apply this pattern to the remaining numbers from 8 to 26:

Starting from the number in the top left corner, which is 10, we add the first difference (+1) to get 11.
Moving clockwise to the number in the top right corner, which is 16, we add the second difference (+4) to get 20.
Continuing to the number in the bottom right corner, which is 23, we add the third difference (-1) to get 22.
Finally, we move to the number in the center of the circle, which is 9. Since it has no corresponding difference, we leave it as it is.

Now, let's place the remaining numbers from 8 to 26 either inside or outside the circle, based on the pattern we observed:

Starting from the top right, moving clockwise, we have:
- 20 outside the circle,
- 26 outside the circle,
- 19 outside the circle,
- 11 outside the circle,
- 18 inside the circle,
- 25 inside the circle,
- 17 inside the circle,
- 12 outside the circle,
- 15 inside the circle,
- 24 inside the circle,
- 14 inside the circle,
- 13 inside the circle,
- 23 (already given in the bottom right corner),
- 21 inside the circle,
- 22 (already given in the bottom right corner),
- 10 (already given in the top left corner),
- 8 outside the circle,
- 9 (already given in the center of the circle),
- 16 (already given in the top right corner).

So, the final arrangement of the remaining numbers is as follows:

Inside the circle (from 8 to 26): 18, 25, 17, 15, 24, 14, 13, 21.
Outside the circle (from 8 to 26): 20, 26, 19, 11, 12, 8, 16.

By following the pattern of differences between numbers, we were able to identify the positions of the remaining numbers within or outside the circle.
