# Math ~CHECK MY WORK~

You have \$60 in your wallet and want to buy some new CDs. If the CDs are \$11 each, what number of CDs, x, can you buy? Write and solve an inequality. Then explain your answer.

11x <= 60
divde by 11
x <= 60/11 or 55/11

x is an integer
x<=5

5 CD's, which will cost \$55
6 would cost \$66, which is too much.

1. Arrgh, scroll down I did this

11 x = 60
x = 5.45
but you can not buy .45 of a CD
so you can only buy 5
