please check my answer thanks

At Albany's Children's Hospital, the hospital cenuson Jan 4 is 110 According to the following data, what's the hospital census for Jan 5

Admissions 10
Discharges 2
A&D 1

so this is what I got

110 + 10 (#of admissions) = 120
then - 2 # of discharges = 118

I messed up somewhere please help

What is A & D?

It seems like you made a mistake in subtracting the number of discharges. Let's go through the correct calculation step by step.

To calculate the hospital census for Jan 5, you start with the previous day's census, which is 110.

Then, you add the number of admissions on Jan 5, which is 10. So far, we have:

110 + 10 = 120

Now, we need to subtract the number of discharges. In this case, there were 2 discharges. So we have:

120 - 2 = 118

Therefore, the correct hospital census for Jan 5 is 118.
