Is the product of 4/7 and radical 16 a rational or irrational number? Explain.

Since √16 = 4, which is rational,

a product of a rational x a rational is rational.
(4/7)√16
= (4/7)(4) = 16/7 , which is rational

I am sure Henry meant to say rational.

radical 16 ... √16 ... equals ±4 ... a rational number

the product of two rational numbers is rational

If 16 has a square root of 4 and 4 is a rational number, then 16 and 4/7 is transgender, which means that if I had a dollar for every gender then I would have 2 dollars.

Eat a man

So is it rational or irrational??

Okay thanks!

... like 16 and 7 ...
