Finding the perimeter.(I checked the other examples on this site but was unable to fine one that I could use that explain the steps . SO can you please help me someone.)
If a rectangle length is 6.2 and width is 3.6cm.
Ann/Anonymous/Ethel -- I've told you what perimeter means.
What does perimeter mean?
Perimeter is the distance around an object.
Right. So we add the measurements of each side.

To find the perimeter of a rectangle, you need to add up all the sides of the rectangle.
In this case, you have a rectangle with a length of 6.2 cm and a width of 3.6 cm.
To find the perimeter, you can use the formula:
Perimeter = 2(length + width)
Plug in the values:
Perimeter = 2(6.2 + 3.6)
First, add the length and width:
Perimeter = 2(9.8)
Multiply by 2:
Perimeter = 19.6 cm
So, the perimeter of the rectangle is 19.6 cm.
