What is 2 3/2 equal to?

Is it c? I'm not 100% sure on how to solve this.

  1. Steve

    2^(3/2) = 2*2^(1/2) = 2√2
    or, since 8=2^3,
    2^(3/2) = √(2^3) = √8 = 2√2

    I suspect a typo

    C is 3√16 = 3*4 = 12

None of the choices is correct
