pls question without stress is alvailable, pls give me d 4mulae of the 4lowing (1)Toluene(2)Butadiene(3)Phenol(4)Benzene

Sorry but I don't understand your question.

Is this what s/he means?

C7H8

Ye. I was trying to get him/her to recognize that using d 4mulae for the formula and 4lowing for following was not a smart idea. S/he can get all of these by Googling each one. Wikipedia is the best link to choose for the formula. Using this kind of spelling can't possibly save more than 3 or 4 key strokes. If a student can't type a question sensibly, I'm inclined not to answer it.

Oh -- I gave this person some leeway since apparently English is not his first language. He's in Nigeria.

:-). I would have, also, however, I figure s/he knows more English than we think if "the formulae" can be turned into "d 4mulae".

You're probably right.

To determine the chemical formulas for toluene, butadiene, phenol, and benzene, we need to understand their molecular structures and composition.

1) Toluene: Toluene is a common organic compound which consists of a benzene ring with a methyl group (-CH3) attached to it. Therefore, its chemical formula is C7H8.

2) Butadiene: Butadiene is a hydrocarbon that belongs to the class of alkenes. It contains four carbon atoms and six hydrogen atoms. The formula for butadiene is C4H6.

3) Phenol: Phenol is an aromatic compound consisting of a benzene ring bonded with a hydroxyl group (-OH). Its chemical formula is C6H6O.

4) Benzene: Benzene is a highly important aromatic compound that consists of six carbon atoms arranged in a ring structure with alternating single and double bonds. Its formula is C6H6.

Remember that understanding the molecular structure and composition of a compound is crucial to determine its chemical formula accurately.
