I need help. I simply don't get it.

At the time the Preamble was written, capitalization rules were different or nonexistent.

Our Prosperity refers to the children and descendants of the writers of the Constitution. They wanted to emphasize that Prosperity was the Americans who through the coming years would benefit from the Constitution.

The word was Posterity, not prosperity. To be clear the 39 who wrote and signed the document were exact in their use of capitalization's. We (the authors) the People (Those who make the claim), and our Posterity (those whom they choose to leave the reigns of power). The originators made a deal with the King, read the Peace Treaty! The new nation was a grant by the king, in the form of the "Union East India Company", the flag say it all! So, the reality is that the citizens of that nation are "subjects", read it all! And laws are written as needed by Congress, hence the rights are actually privileges conferred by Congress. Remember, you are a subject controlled by the corporation, but are ruled by the Crown.... Hurts doesn't it!
