If m ∇ n = (m2 - n) ÷ n for all real numbers m and n, where n ≠ 0, what is the value of 6 ∇ 3?

    huh? Just plug in your numbers:

    m∇n = (m2-n) ÷ n
    so
    6∇3 = (6^2-3)/3 = 11
