A supertanker (mass = 1.57E+8 kg) is moving with a constant velocity. Its engines generate a forward thrust of 7.47E+5 N. Determine the magnitude of the resistive force exerted on the tanker by the water.
Changing screennames won't help. The tutors want to know what YOU THINK. They'll help you but won't solve your problems for you.
Steph & I are in the same physics class and just need help, she's been sick and I'm hella confused, that's all.
None of that matters.
If you don't let the physics tutors know what you do and don't understand about these problems, they can't really help you. It's not that difficult to go back to all previous posts and indicate what you know, where you get stuck, etc.
The velocity is constant so there should be equal opposite forces.
