#1 is correct one. One used 'Do' instead of 'Repeat.' Are both interchangable? Are both the same in meaning?

No they are not interchangeable. In #1 it is clear that you are to do that with both feet due to the use of the word 'repeat'. With the word 'do' it is telling you to do the pose with you left foot only.
