Salamanca es una ciudad maravillosa en el noroeste de España. Salamanca se dice que es la ciudad para aprender a español que me ha parecido muy interesante en mi investigación. Salamanca es conocida por hablar al español "puro", lo que la ciudad sea muy popular en español.
Salmanca comenzó su historia habla español y su vida en un pueblo muy pequeño que se encuentra en las colinas de San Vicente que era justo sobre el río Tormes. En los últimos 2.700 años la ciudad ha podido ser testigo de la llegada y salida de Vacceans, Vettones, romanos, visigodos y árabes. Durante este tiempo que la repoblación medieval fue supervisada por Raymond de Borgoña, que era un hijo en ley del rey Alfonso el 5 º. Esto establece las bases de una ciudad que tras ocho siglos acumulando tanto arte y sabiduría y gracias en gran parte a su Universidad, se convirtió en una de las capitales con el patrimonio cultural más rico de toda Europa, así como cuenta con algunos monumentos espectaculares.

En aquel momento y en cualquiera de las calles, no era raro encontrarse tal mundo-renombrados escritores, músicos, filósofos y humanistas como Francisco de Vitoria, Fray Luis de León, Francisco de Salinas, Miguel de Cervantes.

(rephrase the last part of the sentence to make it clearer to the reader)
