What do you expect us to do with this assignment?

This extra credit opportunity is for a Health and PE project on Body Systems. The goal is to choose a body system from Unit 6 and create either a PowerPoint slide or a poster to teach about it. The project is worth 5 points, and there are an additional 5 points for presenting during a Live Lesson.

To get started, choose a body system from Unit 6 that you find interesting. Some examples of body systems could be the cardiovascular system, respiratory system, digestive system, or nervous system.

Once you have chosen a body system, create a PowerPoint slide or a poster that includes the following information:

1. An interesting or fascinating fact about the system.
2. Describe the purpose of the system. What is its main function in the body?
3. Describe how the system works. Provide visuals or diagrams to help explain the process.
4. Describe what can go wrong with the system. Are there any common illnesses or conditions associated with it?
5. Describe how to keep the system healthy. What are some tips or strategies for maintaining the health of this system?
6. Remember to cite your sources. If you use any information or images from external sources, make sure to provide proper credit.

Once you have completed your PowerPoint slide or poster, webmail it to your teacher by March 24th. Additionally, let your teacher know if you would like to share your project during the Live Lesson on April 20th for the extra 5 points.

Lastly, be creative and have fun with this project! You can use different colors, fonts, and images to make your presentation visually appealing. If you have any questions, feel free to call your teacher, Mrs. Buhler, at 541-***-****.

Good luck with your project!
