The ramp shown below is used to move crates of oranges to loading docks at different heights. When the horizontal distance AB is 15ft, the height of the loading dock, BC, is 3ft. What is the height of the loading dock DE?

-5
-8
-9
-25
My answer: 5
Diagram: a Right triangle, a line through the triangle so it is ABC and then the other side is BCDE. (ABC looks like a right triangle and BCDE looks likea trapazoid kinda. Sorry if this doesnt make sense.)

For 19, the polygons are not similar. I couldn't find any number to multiply by 8 and 5.2, so I think they are not similar. I hope I helped someone today, and good luck with the rest of your test. I will not put out the multiple choice answers because the questions are different for everyone.

For 17:

10+6=16
Place a proportion: 10/16 and 6/16.
Multiply: 10*112 and 6*112.
Next, divide both by 16.
70/42=10/6.
70*6=420 and 42*10=420.
420 is equal to 420.
So, there will be 70 white golf balls and 42 striped golf balls.

Also, don't copy and paste, because you could get in trouble. Type it out in your own words.

For 18:

Multiply all coordinates by 2
V= (12,4)
W=(-4,8)
X=(-6,-4)
Y=(6,-10)

1- A 3:1

2 - A p = 5.25
3 - B 59 inches
4 - B 37.21
5 - C 6.3
6 - I got wrong so i don’t know
7 - C 13 inches
8 - B 15 ft
9 - B 80 cm
10,11 - I got wrong so i don’t know
12 - D 1/4
13 - C 45 ft x 37.5ft
14 - C 1.25 in x 1.75 in
15- A 157.5 miles
16 - 8 feet
17-19 look at the awnsers above me
Your welcome

The answer is 8 ft. I also have the short answer questions, so I will give the answers that I put.

I'm not sure if the answer is 8 ft, but once I get my answers, I'll help.

I’ll put my awnsers on here for anyone who needs it when I’m finished with the test

huggy wuggy i love you

Is that true? @unknown

yea unknown is right I just took the test
