4. I was permitted to go there by him.
(Is #2 the passive of #1? #2 is wrong, right? Are #3 and #4 the passive forms of #1?)

5. He had me eat brown rice.
6. I was had to eat brown rice by him.
7. I was asked to eat brown rice by him.
8. I was got to eat brown rice by him.
(Is #6 the passive of #1? #6 is wrong, right? Are #7 and #8 the passive forms of #1?)

    #2 is wrong. #3 & #4 are passive forms of #1. #1 is best. :)

    6 and 8 are wrong. #7 is a passive way of saying the same as #5.
