#3 is not correct, as I said before. The hyphen makes no sense. "well-teaching" just doesn't make sense. #1 and #2 are much better.
"Good" has several meanings. In the sense you mean it here, it is a substitute for "well". In this site, the first meaning is what you intend here as in teaching well:

Looking at #3 again, a better way to say or write it is: "She is teaching well," "well" modifying teaching as an adjective.
One little correction:
"well" is being used as an adverb to modify the main verb of the sentence, "is teaching," a verb in present progressive tense.
