I need to create a picture on the computer and plot points using the x-axis and the y-axis. What program would I use to make this?

    You could try desmos(DOT)com/calculator

    I haven't used it, but it looks like its free and simple to use. If you need to print your graph, it looks like you would need to create an account (but it looks easy).
