If I wanted to make two solutions. In one I will mix Chemical A into 1 Liter of water. In the second I will mix Chemical B into 1 Liter of water. If I want my two solutions to be the same concentration they should contain the same number of PARTICLES. How can I make sure both solutions have the sname number of particles?

a.Use the same mass of both
b.Use the same volume of both
c.This can't be done.
d.Use the same moles of both<<<<

Technically, I don't think it can be done because I think the problem is misstated. You don't mix solids with 1 L H2O; when making molar solution you use mols and add enough WATER TO MAKE A TOTAL VOLUME OF 1 L. But the think the intent of the problem is to answer as follows:

You want the mols to be the same.

Notice that when the solid is added to 1L H2O that the total volume is greater than 1 L.
