What did John Smith and Anne Hutchinson have in common?

Both were thought of as troublemakers.

Both were governors upon arrival in America.

Both were Puritans who lived in New England.

Both had disagreements with the Puritans***

I did some research and once I figured out the answer, it all made sense to me. The answer is (A) and I'm going to tell you why. Anne Hutchinson was a women with beliefs and believed she had connection with God. The would speak her mind about these beliefs, yet people disagreed. Puritan leaders kicked Anne out of Massachusetts because of this. They didn't believed what she believed, and she got in trouble for it. John Smith gone on a voyage to Jamestown Virginia, and made a permanent settlement there. The first English settlement to be exact. People that already settled there didn't like John Smith for that. They threatened his life, because they were that angry. Yet, they became successful leaders. Hopefully this helped!
