take the definition of speed.

average speed=total distance/total time

avg speed=(distance1+distance2)/(time1+time2)

now distance 1=3.93*43.3 meters, and time1=43.3sec

you are looking for time 2
distance2=1.13*time2

solve for time2, a bit of algebra will be needed.
