12) to find is an infinitive; it's not a prepositional phrase

13 has three phrases

I think I might have got the prepositional phrases for number 7. The prepositional phrases are near the city, past the mountain is a pot of gold. The verb is for and the subject is you. I have a question, in the prepositional phrases, do you cross out the word and or do you don't cross out the and in the prepositional phrase? This always confuses me everytime. Thank you for reading my post.

I taught my students to put parentheses around prepositional phrases.

(Near that city) and (past a mountain) is a pot (of gold) (for you).

Do you see now what the verb and subject are?

Yes, thank you so much!

You're very welcome. :-)
