Mathematical model - disadvantage: it often cannot account for all possible factors

Advantage to a mathematical model is it can be applied to categories of any size and can predict complex events

Physical Model - Disadvantage: they are typically smaller than the subject they are modeling

Conceptual Model - Disadvantage is that not all data may fit in this model. This type of model tries to combine knowledge and must incorporate new knowledge as it is acquired.
