what is the the diff betwwen the three:
imperative, active and passive
imperative = command
as in "Go home!"
active = when the subject of a sentence or clause is doing the action of the verb
as in "John hit the baseball."
passive = when the subject of a sentence or clause is not doing the action of the verb
as in "The baseball was it by John."
