Are there schools in the USA for people who don't speak English?

So, there aren't any laws in the USA stating that the language of instruction has to be English, right?

Many schools offer ESL classes for people who don't speak English. However, I know of no school that has only ESL classes.

Ms. Sue is right. These three schools and others like them offer their curricula in different languages plus English.
