How much water is needed to dilute 25.0 ml of 0.357 mol/L hydrochloric acid to 0.246 mol/L

I got 17.2 is that correct

25.0 x 0.357 = mL x 0.246

mL = 36.3 mL. If we assume volumes are additive (they aren't) then 36.3-25.0 = ? mL water to be added to make a total of 36.3 mL.
