I assume that is magnesium oxalate but I don't know that. Also,I assume you meant potassium manganate and not permanganate.
MnO4^2- + C2O4^2- + H^+ ==> H2O + CO2 + Mn^2+
Balance the equation.
100 cc C2O4^- but you don't show the molarity of the oxalate solution.
