First of all, capitalize a proper name, regardless of the language. Have end punctuation where necessary. French words that require accent marks are incorrect if they are missing those accent marks.
You seem unaware of the difference between the Past Tense and the Present Tense: walked, started, had, fell down, arrived = ALL Past Tense Verbs for which you used the Present, or forgot a necessary accent mark.
Invest in a good dictionary and here is how to use it: 1) take the English word and look up the French, 2) write down all the possibilities 3) take each possibility and look it up now from French to English. Look for the primary (not secondary, tertiary, etc.) meaning. Then you will know which word to use. (this may not be important for this exercise, but keep it in mind for later.
