13. I would think that B is the answer. Adverbs normally go in between the helping verb and the main verb.

Well, Ms. Sue is more correct, but I still think that B makes the most sense.
I usually have driven a stick shift.
We probably will never see an end to war.
My point is that both A and B can be correct. The question is faulty.
