Revenue or Profit
A restaurant says their sales are $650000.
Would that (sales) mean revenue or profit?
1 answer
That's revenue (gross income, money coming in). After they subtract all their costs (electricity, taxes, salaries, etc.) from the gross income, THEN they'll know what their profit is.
