What is the length of 7ft more than twice the width and an area of the rectangle is 99ft^2. Find the dimension?
L = 7 + 2 w
L w = 99
(7+2w)w = 99
2 w^2 + 7 w - 99 = 0
(2w -11)(w+9) = 0
w = 11/2
L = 7 + 11 = 18
