Ms Sue I am stuck between these 2 topics:

Social anxiety or overpopulation?

For social anxiety what be a good research site?

I need to come up with two-part title : consisting of an allusive phrase that indirectly relates to topic and an explanatory phrase that directly conveys the topic.

It's really hard to come up with one so this be fine?

"Contact with fear": Difference between social anxiety and shyness

I think overpopulation would be better.

Okay thank you soo much!! I will do it on overpopulation :D

You're very welcome.

For overpopulation I can't think of allusive phrase

Perhaps you use a modest proposal.

This refers to Jonathan Swift's satiric essay. He proposed eating Irish children because their parents were too poor to raise them.

I had small question in my essay should I just focus on the negative impact of overpopulation or bring in some solutions too?

I suggest you bring in some solutions. You might discuss China's one-child policy. It dramatically brought China's hugely growing population under control. At the same time, it infringed on people's right and posed many other problems.

Also -- increasing a family's standard of living also tends to lower the birth rate.

Both social anxiety and overpopulation are important and complex topics to explore. To help you decide which one to focus on, let's break down each topic and explain how you can gather information about them:

1. Social Anxiety:
- Start by researching what social anxiety is and its causes. Look for scholarly articles or books that discuss the symptoms, risk factors, and possible treatments for social anxiety.
- You can also find personal stories or interviews from individuals who have experienced social anxiety to understand the impact it has on their lives.
- Consider talking to mental health professionals such as psychologists or therapists who specialize in anxiety disorders. They can provide valuable insights and explain how social anxiety is diagnosed and treated.

2. Overpopulation:
- Begin by learning about the concept of overpopulation and its global impact. Look for authoritative sources like scientific papers, reports from international organizations, or books on the subject.
- Examine statistics and data to understand the current population trends and projections. Look for reputable sources such as the United Nations or World Bank for reliable information.
- Explore the socio-economic, environmental, and ethical issues related to overpopulation. Consider researching topics such as resource depletion, overcrowding, urbanization, food security, and migration patterns.

Once you have gathered enough information on both topics, consider which one aligns better with your interests, the resources available for research, and the impact it has on society. Additionally, consider your personal curiosity or any personal experiences that might make one topic more compelling to you.

Remember, the decision ultimately depends on your own interests and goals, so choose the topic that you feel most passionate about or find the most intellectually stimulating. Good luck with your research!
