Please help. To build a straight tapered fishing rod and I start at the butt or big end, the measurment is 400 thousands. if rod tip is 75 thousands. if i stsrt at butt end what will the meaqsurments be at 5" intervals. ie butt,5" 10" 15" ect. rod will be 60 inches long. Thanks
you are reducing it 325thousandths/60inches or 5.42thousandths/inch or 27 thousandths per five inches.
at 5", 400-27or .373
at 10",400-54or, .346
at 15",400-81, or .319, and so on.
