All or just one what? If you enroll in pre-med, curricula differ somewhat on where you enroll and where you hope to get into med school. You will take courses (note plural) in biology, chemistry, math, the usual social science, history, English, etc. At many schools that takes at least three years. Some students actually take a degree in some subject and go to med school after that.
