    I figured it out.. Its B.. Mrs. Sue clearly stated it, there is a code. She said no to D, she said no to A, and she said no to C. This means the answer is obviously B.

    Well Seeing as in the Answer is not C, and i believe its not D, And I really Dout' its C because It will not increase health in the future it will decrease it so there answer i would give would probably be B...
