Perhaps it is because the answers to questions are frequently changed on tests such as to prevent cheating?
Late response, but to anyone else here, I believe it's A, D, C.
Middle one's a little tricky since the first two answers have specific years, but D is the answer that indicates the passage of time rather than one date.
