Which of the following best describes an electric charge?

-Positive or negative terminal of a battery
-property of electrons, protons, and neutrons
-materials that conducts current
-has a north pole and a south pole

Well, it is certainly not a property of electrons, protons, and neutrons - only electrons and protons, as neutrons have a neutral charge (so no charge whatsoever). Forgive me if I am incorrect here, but I do not believe that you can simply conduct 'current'. You can conduct an electrical current, but not just 'current'. Electrical charges certainly have positive and negative ends, or terminals, - but not necessarily a north and south pole. I would have to say the first description in this matter.
