A "quick picture" is an estimate than?

5 x 2.7 ..... 5 x 3= 15

Its been a long time since elementary school and I do not remember "quick picture"

The question was How can you use a "quick picture" to find 5 x 2.7?
the answer is 13.5.......an estimate would be 15

Right. The estimate is 14 since 2.7 is a little less than 3. However, 15 may be an acceptable estimate.
