How would you put this in an equation in slope intercept form? what would it look like?

Slope -3; x-intercept 3

Would it be y=3x+9 ?

    y = mx + b

    0 = (-3)(3) + b

    0 = -9 + b

    9 = b

    y = -3x + 9
