How would you put this in an equation in slope intercept form? what would it look like?

X-intercept -4, Y-intercept -2

    so two points for the line are

    (-4,0)and (0,-2)

    y=mx+b
    point 1 0=-4m+b
    point 2 -2=0+b
    solve for m, and b.
