If a job takes 64 men to complete in 15 days, how many more men will take to complete the job in 12 days?

  • math -

    64*15 = 12n

    let n be number of workers

    divide both sides by 12

    (64*15)/12 = (12n)/12
    80 = n

    thus it takes 80 men to complete the job in 12 days.
