    e.g. 27 = 3x3x3 , so 27 is a perfect cube

    e.g. 16 = ? x ?

    product of 1 and a radical ----> a pure radical
    e.g. √15

    product of a rational number and a radical --- a mixed radical
    e.g. 3√7
