in the scarlet letter what influence did the witches have on pearl

    I have been thinking on this for awhile. I am of the opinion that Pearl was the way she was because of her crazy upbringing (born in prision, a social outcast, town citizens trying to remove her from her mom, her mom getting weird on her when pearl stared at the A.
