Khaldun's hierarchy of desires theory, what element is found at the pinnacle of the pyramid?

Desires related to spirituality or
Desires related to leisure or
Desires for affiliation or
Desire for safety or
Desire to meet bodily appetites
I think it is related to leisure but am still not sure. This is for 1 of my Recreation classes in college. I am stumped. Thank you
