Yes, I know how to write a thesis statement and how a comparison essay goes..

But I already have my info:
This is a comparison essay exploring to what degree an inherent film is discussed and how it relates to an aspect of the HUMAN CONDITION. So my theme is revenge and the arguments are race, heroism and adventure. I don't know how to put this in my thesis...how to make a thesis out of this.

My book is the HOBBIT.

Please help me construct the thesis with this..I tried every website online...My only problem is structuring this PARTICULAR info:
my theme is revenge and the arguments are race, heroism and adventure.

Please it would be great if you don't prvide me with links..Please help me

I've never read The Hobbit or seen the movie, but If you'll tell me what you think about each of the following questions of mine, I'll see what I can do:

How does race figure in acts of revenge?

How does heroism figure in acts of revenge?

How does adventure figure in acts of revenge?

These may seem like obvious and unnecessary questions, but if your answers aren't clear about each one, then your thesis (and thus your paper) won't be clear either. You have to be able to explain the basics before you can go on to explain the examples and details.

Let me know.

Of course! I can help you construct a thesis statement for your comparison essay on revenge in "The Hobbit" using the arguments of race, heroism, and adventure.

A thesis statement is a concise summary of the main point or claim of your essay. It tells the reader what to expect from your analysis and provides a clear focus for your discussion. In your case, you want to explore the extent to which revenge is discussed in the film and how it relates to the aspects of the human condition that are represented by race, heroism, and adventure.

Here's a possible thesis statement based on the information you provided:

"In J.R.R. Tolkien's "The Hobbit," the theme of revenge is intricately intertwined with the notions of race, heroism, and adventure, revealing the complex interplay between these elements and their impact on the human condition."

This thesis statement adequately introduces your chosen theme, revenge, and indicates that you will be examining how it is connected to race, heroism, and adventure. It also highlights the significance of these elements in shaping the human condition, suggesting that your essay will explore the deeper implications of these themes in Tolkien's work.

Remember that a good thesis statement is clear, specific, and arguable. It should provide a roadmap for your essay and guide your reader through your analysis.
